3. Buy Me a Coffee donations
By making a donation through Buy Me a Coffee, you agree to support our platform and the services we provide. Donations made through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary and non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your generosity and support in helping us maintain and improve our website, content, and community. Please note that donations made through Buy Me a Coffee do not entitle you to any special privileges, rights, or ownership of the content or services provided on our platform.
4. Friends of Coffee World Rush
Our website offers the option for one-time payments for backlinks. By making a one-time payment for a backlink, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions regarding the placement and duration of the backlink. Payments for backlinks are non-refundable once the backlink has been placed on our website. We reserve the right to review and approve the content associated with the backlink to ensure it aligns with our website's guidelines and standards. The placement of a backlink does not imply endorsement or partnership with the linked website or its content. We reserve the right to remove or modify backlinks at our discretion, without prior notice, if they violate our terms of service or are deemed inappropriate for our platform. You can request to have your backlink removed from our website at any time by contacting us. We will make every effort to remove the backlink within a reasonable timeframe. You can ask to change the backlink URL at any time at no cost by contacting us. We will make every effort to change the backlink URL within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Coffee World Rush does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. Coffee World Rush shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by Coffee World Rush's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by Coffee World Rush. Coffee World Rush shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that Coffee World Rush are deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Coffee World Rush's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your services or software, which amount calculated in reliance upon this clause. You hereby release Coffee World Rush from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.
6. Responsibilities
Coffee World Rush is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.
7. General Terms and Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Coffee World Rush as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of Coffee World Rush. You agree that Coffee World Rush will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
